We have experienced the help of the Hypotheker Best, Leon and Carola, as pleasant. The communication was very strong and fast. They explained everything to us as well as possible and took the time for us. What was a priority, they took us seriously and did their best. A point of feedback: They worked a lot with external parties that were needed within our process. They kept requesting new documents, which made the process feel very long. What would be nice in retrospect is that at the beginning of the period we would receive a list of everything we have to deliver, so that we could tick off a very large part of it right away.
