We have experienced Charlotte as a very nice mortgage advisor! Buying a house involves some arranging matters. Charlotte took the time for us and explained everything well. We could also always go in between with all kinds of questions. She responds quickly and tunes well. If I can recommend anyone, it is Charlotte. During holiday observation it was also super regular, competent colleagues are approachable and think along with you. You notice that there is good cooperation. The day after Charlotte's holiday, there was immediate contact again with how things are going. Don't want any worries but nice support where you get space to enjoy your future home... highly recommended!
