Attens Mortgages was developed with the cooperation of the member organisation for the health and welfare sector, PGGM&CO. The organisation asked its members about their wishes in terms of mortgages. Those wishes were translated into a mortgage specifically for the sector.
Attens mortgage
The mortgages provided by Attens come from the Zorg & Welzijn Pension Fund (PFZW), which is responsible for the pensions of more than two million (former) employees in the care and welfare sector.
The mortgage takes into account the special circumstances of this sector. For instance, your irregularity allowance counts as income, you can take out a mortgage even with a flexible employment contract and your parents can co-sign.
