Hypotrust has been offering mortgages through independent mortgage advisors since 1993. Hypotrust approaches lending banks and other financial institutions in the Netherlands and abroad. The loans with the lowest interest rates are then offered as mortgages.
Hypotrust Mortgage
Hypotrust offers five different types of mortgages:
"Vrij leven" Mortgage: a complete product for first-time buyers, transfomers and those moving on.
"Woon Bewust" Hypotheek: conscious and well-considered borrowing.
"Comfort" Mortgage: comfortable living with appropriate conditions.
"Elan Plus" Mortgage: flexibility, convenience and a good basis.
"Goede start" Mortgage: simple, competitively priced and transparent.
