Obvion has been in existence since 2002 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rabobank. Obvion aims to be a reliable mortgage lender and therefore only offers mortgages through selected independent advisors, including De Hypotheker.
Obvion mortgage
Obvion looks beyond interest rates and thinks that good conditions are also important. For instance, your mortgage interest rate is adjusted immediately if you end up in a lower rate group, you are allowed to repay up to 10 per cent penalty-free each year and even up to 100 per cent from your own funds, parents are allowed to act as guarantors for the mortgage and there are options for flexworkers and self-employed workers.
