My experience with De Hypotheker Haarlem-Noord, and in particular with the advisor, is downright bad. In retrospect, this advice turned out to be completely incorrect: I couldn't get the mortgage done and in the end there was a difference of no less than €100,000 between what was promised to me and what was possible. As a result, I could no longer apply for a starter loan and the purchase was rejected. In addition to missing out on my home, I have also incurred unnecessary costs for, among other things, appraisal, building inspection and notary. A painful and frustrating experience. I strongly advise every starter not to work with this firm. You run enormous risks due to wrong advice. Thanks for nothing!!
