IQWOON offers a competitive mortgage rate, a contemporary mortgage that meets all modern terms and conditions, and fast processing. Both employed and self-employed people are welcome. If the interest rate is lower at the time of signing at the notary, you get the lower rate. Your interest rate is also automatically reduced the more you repay (for mortgages without NHG) and you can also take your mortgage with you to the next home.
